In July 2017, the Hilden fire department was able to put two identical command vehicles on a BMW X 3 chassis and fitted out by Haberl electronic GmbH & Co KG into service. The two vehicles replace two command vehicles from 2002 and 2005 at the Hilden fire department. The ME-FW 4101 command vehicle went into service as "Florian Hilden 01-KdoW-01" at the Hilden fire department and is available to the B service as an emergency vehicle.

In 1999, the company Johannes Heines-Wuppertal GmbH from Haan delivered the command vehicle 2 on a MAN 8.163 chassis to the Hilden fire department. The command vehicle-2 is manned by the Hilden fire department's IuK group (IuK = information and communication group) and operated at the scene. The IuK group was founded in 1999 and is made up of specially trained members from the various groups of the Hilden fire department. At the request of the Mettmann district control center, the command vehicle is deployed throughout the district. When the Hilden fire department is called out, the vehicle is deployed in accordance with the alarm and deployment regulations from alarm level 2.

In October 2016, Schlingmann GmbH & Co KG delivered a new MB Atego 1530 AF 4x4 rescue firefighting vehicle to the Hilden fire department. The new rescue fire-fighting vehicle is the second vehicle that Schlingmann GmbH & Co KG has delivered to a fire department with the new Varus body concept. The first vehicle with a new Varus superstructure went to the Geldern fire department in 2016.

The HLF ME-FW 122 was put into service in November 2016 as "Florian Hilden 01-HLF20-01" at the full-time guard department of the Hilden fire department. Here, the vehicle is manned by colleagues on the first march.

In 2015 , the company Magirus GmbH delivered a new rescue firefighting vehicle of the type. HLF 20 on an MB Atego 1530 AF chassis to the Hilden fire department. The vehicle was put into service as "Florian Hilden 01-HLF20-01" at the full-time fire brigade.

In November 2016 , the HLF ME-FW 120 was replaced by a new rescue firefighting vehicle at the full-time fire brigade. The rescue firefighting vehicle is now available to the members of the volunteer fire brigades as "Florian Hilden 01-HLF20-02" . The rescue fire engine is mainly used by the Hilden fire brigade for parallel operations

In 2007 , Schlingmann GmbH & Co. KG delivered the ME-FW 104 rescue firefighting vehicle on an MB Atego 1328 AT chassis to the Hilden fire department. The vehicle was put into service as "Florian Mettmann 04/43-01" with the full-time fire department of the Hilden fire department. Here, the vehicle was manned 24 hours a day until 2010.

In 2010, the Hilden fire department procured another HLF 20/16, also on an MB Atego 1328 AT and body from Schlingmann GmbH & Co KG. With the commissioning of the new rescue firefighting vehicle, the HLF ME-FW 104 went into service with the volunteer comrades of the Hilden fire department as "Florian Mettmann 04/43-02".

With the procurement and commissioning of another rescue firefighting vehicle for the full-time fire brigade in 2015, the HLF ME-FW 104 became the "Florian Hilden 01-LF20-01".

The vehicle was put into service as "Florian Mettmann 04/43-01" with the full-time fire department of the Hilden fire department. Here, the vehicle was manned 24 hours a day until 2015.

In 2015, the Hilden fire department procured a new HLF 20 on an MB Atego 1330 AF and superstructure from Magirus GmbH (Ulm/Danube). With the commissioning of the new rescue firefighting vehicle, the HLF ME-FW 116 went into service with the volunteer comrades of the Hilden fire department as "Florian Hilden 01-HLF20-02".

With the procurement and commissioning of another rescue firefighting vehicle with the full-time fire brigade in 2016, the HLF ME-FW 116 became the "Florian Hilden 01-LF20-02".

In May 2022 , Schlingmann GmbH & Co. KG delivered the ME-FW 4421 fire engine on a MAN TGM 13.290 4x4 BL chassis to the Hilden fire department.
At the Hilden fire department, the new vehicle replaces a fire engine (ME-2882) of the type LF 8/6 on a MAN 8.163 all-wheel drive chassis with superstructure from Metz Aerials GmbH & Co. KG from 1999.

In June 2022, the ME-FW 4421 fire engine was put into service as "Florian Hilden 01-LF10-01". The vehicle is manned by the volunteer comrades of the Hilden fire department in the event of an emergency.

The turntable ladder is always manned by the full-time watch department of the Hilden fire department in the 1st march.
With the commissioning of the DLA (K) ME-FW 119, a DLK 23/12 from 1992 on an MB 1422 chassis with superstructure from Metz was replaced at the Hilden fire department.

In 2006, the Hilden fire department put the water rescue equipment vehicle on a MAN LE 8.180 chassis into service as "Florian Mettmann 04/58-01". The vehicle is manned by the Hilden fire department's diving team. The diving team is made up of colleagues from the full-time watch department and the volunteer fire department. The diving team is deployed throughout the district at the request of the Mettmann district control center.

The box body of the GW water rescue vehicle is divided into two sections. The so-called "wet room" is located in the rear area. This is where the divers can change after an operation and hang up their clothes to dry. Further diving equipment, wetsuits and spare cylinders are located in the front area of the superstructure. Two divers can change and equip themselves in the crew compartment on the way to the scene.

The water rescue equipment vehicle is currently available to the Hilden fire department as "Florian Hilden 01-GW-Taucher-01".

In May 2018, the company Albert Ziegler GmbH from Rendsburg delivered the new logistics equipment vehicle on a Scania P320 P320 CB 4x4 HHA chassis to the Hilden fire department. The new GW-Logistik replaces an SW 2000 from 1993 on an MB 917 all-wheel drive chassis with a superstructure from Heines-Wuppertal GmbH at the Hilden fire department.

On 29.05.2018 , the new logistics equipment vehicle officially went into service at the Hilden fire department as "Florian Hilden GW-L2-01".

In June 2019, Müller Fahrzeugbau GmbH delivered the ME-FW 4721 small emergency vehicle on an MB Sprinter 519 CDI chassis to the Hilden fire department.
At the Hilden fire department, the new vehicle replaces a small emergency vehicle from 2006 on an MB Sprinter 311 CDI chassis and fitted out by Baumeister & Trabant.
After delivery by the company Müller Fahrzeugbau GmbH from Wülfrath, the small emergency vehicle was put into service as "Florian Hilden KEF-01".
The vehicle is usually occupied by the comrades from the full-time fire brigade in the event of an emergency. However, when the colleagues from the full-time fire brigade are on duty, the vehicle is also manned by members of the volunteer fire department.
An LED traffic warning sign from the company Nissen has been fitted to the roof of the small emergency vehicle to draw the attention of following traffic to an incident/oil spill and enable colleagues to work safely in traffic areas.

In 2006 , the Hilden fire department was able to put the ME-6243 crew transport vehicle on an MB Sprinter 315 CDI chassis and conversion from Baumeister & Trabant GmbH into service as "Florian Mettmann 04/19-03" at the fire and rescue station in Hilden.
Until July 2020, the crew transport vehicle was available to the Hilden fire department as "Florian Hilden 01-MTF-03".
In July 2020 , the vehicle was replaced by a new ME-FW 4193 crew transport vehicle on an MB Sprinter 316 CDI chassis and conversion from Müller Fahrzeugbau GmbH in Wülfrath.
Since July 2020, the vehicle has been used by the Hilden fire department as "Florian Hilden 01-GW-RETT-01" . The vehicle is used to transport rescue service personnel (SEG-Rettung) in the event of major incidents and will be equipped with material from the Mettmann district in future.

In December 2012, the Hilden fire department was able to put the ME-FW 229 multi-purpose vehicle on a Ford Ranger 2.2 TDCI chassis into service. The vehicle was procured by the "Freiwillige Feuerwehr Hilden e.V." support association and handed over to the Hilden fire department.
The vehicle is used by the Hilden fire department for forest fires/field fires, among other things. For this purpose, a forest fire module was built for the vehicle by a member of the fire brigade in 2016. This consists of a 1000 l water tank with pump, fire pans and shovel.
