Election of the Senior Citizens' Advisory Council 2024

The Senior Citizens' Advisory Council is an advisory body to the city and sees itself as a mouthpiece for the ever-growing senior citizens' community. It has the opportunity to play a decisive role in the planning of measures and offers for the older generation. The Seniors' Advisory Council develops proposals, launches initiatives and represents the interests of senior citizens directly with decision-makers.

We are looking for candidates for this interesting and varied voluntary role for the next five years, who will stand for election on October 10. You must be at least 60 years old and have a permanent residence in Hilden. You can download the necessary forms on the right, obtain them in person during the consultation hours of the Senior Citizens' Advisory Council on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the community center or at the information desk in the town hall. The application documents must be received by the City of Hilden by August 29, 2024 at the latest.

On August 14 from 5.30 p.m., there will be an opportunity to obtain detailed information at an event in the town hall (room 100). The members and management of the Senior Citizens' Advisory Council will be available for a personal discussion. Interested candidates will also be able to talk about their experiences and expectations. It would also be possible to attend the next monthly meeting of the Seniors' Advisory Council in the town hall (room 100) on August 20 from 10-12 a.m. without obligation.

If we have aroused your interest, we look forward to hearing from you.
