In the future, you will also be able to submit your building applications via the NRW building portal. But at the moment we cannot make this offer yet, because our software does not support this yet.

We offer construction consultation services for inquiries made prior to the preparation of construction application documents outside of ongoing approval processes.

Therefore, during the following times, a staff member will be available for telephone consultations at 02103/72-2971:

• Tuesday: 09:00 - 12:00
  
• Thursday: 15:00 - 18:00.

Of course, it is also possible to send inquiries by mail to bauaufsicht@hilden.de.

However, incoming mails concerning construction consulting are mainly processed during the consulting hours indicated above.

The mail address can also be used for appointment requests if a personal consultation should be necessary.

In the case of requests for advice on ongoing approval procedures, building owners or their contractors can contact the responsible officer named in the confirmation of receipt of the application.
